Fuel and Propane Bids Being Accepted Until May 30, 2025

Perry County is accepting bids for approximately 3,500 gallons of #2 heating fuel oil and approximately 20,000 gallons of propane for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.  Bids will be accepted until 4:00 PM, Friday, May 30, 2025 in the Commissioners’ Office, Veterans Memorial Building, P.O. Box 37, 25 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield, PA 17068.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked “Sealed Bid” and the type of product being bid on should be written on the envelope.  Bidders may bid on any or all products.  Please submit separate bids for each fuel type.  Please contact the Commissioners’ Office at (717) 582-5110 for the bid packet or visit www.perryco.org.  Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Commissioners’ Meeting held on June 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. 25 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield, PA 17068.  The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  Bid information may be obtained at www.perryco.org
