Recount Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of the Commonwealth has ordered a statewide recount of the entire votes cast for the November 5, 2024 General Election for United States Senator.  The Perry County Board of Elections will commence its electronic voting system recount of mail-in/absentee/provisional/military/overseas ballots at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the Freedom Building, 15 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield PA and continue counting until completion.  The electronic voting system recount of all election precinct ballots will commence on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the Freedom Building, 15 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield PA and continue counting until completion.
