Sealed bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. August 14, 2026 in the Perry County Commissioners’ Office, Veterans Memorial Building, P.O. Box 37, 25 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield PA 17068 Attn:  Chief Clerk, for the following items:

1. Springfield Armory XD 45 ACP, with 2 (thirteen round) magazines

6. Springfield Armory XD 45 ACP, with 2 (thirteen round) magazines
7. Springfield Armory XD 45 ACP, with 2 (thirteen round) magazines
8. Mossberg model 500 ATP6 pump action 12 gauge (takes both 2 ¾” and 3” shells)
9. Winchester Model 1500 Defender pump action 12 gauge (takes both 2 ¾ ” and 3” shells)
10. Remington 870 Express Super Magnum pump action 12 gauge (takes both 2 ¾” and 3” shells)

All transfers of firearms shall occur at Hockenberry’s Guns & Ammo LLC.  All fees incurred as a result of the transfer of said firearms and related paraphernalia shall be at the buyer’s expense.  Please contact the Perry County Prison at 717-528-2262 for additional information on the available firearms.  All items are being offered with a reserve and “As Is.”  Bids will be publicly opened and read on August 17, 2026 at the Commissioners’ public meeting at 10:00 a.m.  The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
