Perry County Area Agency on Aging – Farmer’s Market Vouchers
The Area Agency on Aging will begin distributing Farmer’s Market Vouchers on June 3, 2024. Seniors who are 60+ years old during the program year and meet the income requirements are eligible. The application is provided below. Applications may be taken to any of the Senior Centers or the Perry County Area Agency on Aging. Checks will not be mailed. If you are picking up checks for another individual, they must sign the proxy form, which is also provided below.
Checks will be distributed June 3 – until supply is exhausted or September 30, whichever occurs first. Last day to use the checks is November 30, 2024. Each person will received 5 checks @ $10/check.
For eligibility:
- age 60 on or before 12/31/2024
- Perry County resident
- Meets household income
- Has not received checks from center/location

3 people – $47,767
4 people – $57,720
5 people – $67,673
6 people – $77,626
7 people – $87,579
8 people – $97,532
